This cookie has passed down generations. At least 150 year-old recipe. A molasses cookie with a hint of ginger with a sugary outside texture. This cookie explodes in your mouth. Nicknamed the crack cookie and not because of the cracks on the outside because it is addictive. If you have one, you will have 12. Freezes exceptional. Great with ice cream, great straight out of the freezer. My grandmother was locally famous for being the cookie lady with these cookies. Miss Opal would be proud today.
